Death metal legends Funebrarum return to Finland! The band will perform in Finland at Helsinki’s Kuudes Linja and Tampere’s Varjobaari, supported by their long-awaited comeback album, as part of their massive European tour.

Funebrarum is an American death metal band formed in 1999. The group is known for its dark and heavy old-school death metal, blending influences from American, Finnish, and Swedish death metal of the 1990s. Funebrarum’s most acclaimed releases include the albums *Beneath the Columns of Abandoned Gods* (2001) and *The Sleep of Morbid Dreams* (2009), both widely regarded as modern classics of the genre.

After a long period of inactivity, the band has returned with its third full-length album, *Beckoning The Void of Eternal Silence*, further cementing its position among the elite of the underground death metal scene. Tickets for the September shows are now on sale!

Malformed is a death metal band formed in Helsinki in 2022 that draws its power from fast, old-school US death metal mixed with local Finnish gloom. Despite their young age, the band has actively toured European clubs as well as the genre’s heaviest festivals. Their debut album *Confinement of Flesh*, released last summer, leaves no one cold, and the band now arrives for the first time to deliver the gospel of death to Tampere.

Formed in 1991, the death metal band PESTIGORE released a few demos back in the day, played a handful of gigs, and quickly laid itself to rest in the grave. However, the band’s relentless old-school death metal left an indelible mark on the Finnish underground scene. Over time, death rattles began echoing from PESTIGORE’s burial cave, and the living dead dug its way back onto the stage in 2015, stronger than ever. Performing infrequently but steadily, the band has laid waste to live audiences and has slowly but surely been working on new material. PESTIGORE’s latest release is a split 7-inch with American death metal powerhouse FUNEBRARUM, featuring a new PESTIGORE track, “Outcasts – Pestigorious Reject,” alongside a re-recorded version of their fiery old demo track, “Plaguelord.”
