At Crypt Sermon’s Tampere show, you’ll also see Cardinals Folly! Nearly 20 years into their career, with six full-length albums and a host of smaller releases under their belt, CARDINALS FOLLY is back once again! Their latest album, Live By The Sword (Soulseller Records, 2023), propelled the band onto more than 60 shows across both sides of the Atlantic over the past two years. In a world where true doom metal is all but outlawed, Folly stands as the last bastion of doom, always ready to crush audiences with infectious riffs and their unholy proclamation. Currently preparing their upcoming seventh full-length album, Let The Posers Fall, the band will be serving up a few bangers from the new record during the evening at Bar Kotelo.

Also appearing is Septure! Finland’s Septure has been forging traditional doom metal since 2012, drawing inspiration from the heavy sounds of the late 1970s and the early days of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM). Their second full-length album is finished and will be released before the concert! The themes of the new songs once again explore dark landscapes where monarchs fall, cults gather, and gallows creak in the wind. Tremble as the sceptre strikes!
